Our Pricing Philosophy


At RegenWise, we believe in transparent, fair pricing that reflects the care you actually need. Why pay for a 20-minute consultation when your concern only requires 5 minutes?
We tailor our appointment lengths—and fees—to match the complexity of your healthcare needs, ensuring you receive personalised care without unnecessary costs.
Our integrative approach means you receive comprehensive care that addresses the root cause of your health concerns, not just the symptoms.
As a private practice, you pay the full consultation fee at the time of your appointment. We process your Medicare claim electronically, and your rebate is paid directly to your bank account by Medicare. All consultation types are available both face-to-face and via telehealth at the same price. No Medicare rebates are available for telehealth consultations for new patients or if you have not been seen in the clinic face to face in the past 12 months.

Patients with a current GP chronic disease management plan (prepared/reviewed within last 18 months) can claim Medicare rebates for dietetics consultations. Consultations must be minimum 20 minutes and recommended in their care plan. Maximum 5 Medicare-rebated allied health services per calendar year (includes in-person and telehealth).

(*)Telehealth Consultations—Allied Health Medicare Rebate
Patients with a current GP chronic disease management plan (prepared/reviewed within last 18 months) can claim Medicare rebates for phone consultations with allied health practitioners. Consultations must be minimum 20 minutes, referred by their GP, and require a written report back to the GP. Maximum 5 Medicare-rebated allied health services per calendar year (includes both phone and in-person).

Important Information
Medicare Rebates
RegenWise is a private practice. You pay the full consultation fee at the time of your appointment. We process your Medicare claim electronically using our Tyro and Best Practice systems.
If you bring your physical Medicare card and tap it on our EFTPOS terminal, your rebate will be processed immediately and refunded to your nominated account. Otherwise, Medicare will deposit your rebate directly into your nominated bank account overnight.

Private Health Insurance, WorkCover, and TAC
We require full payment of your medical fees at the time of consultation. We will provide you with a printed invoice and proof of payment so you can claim directly through your private health insurance company's app or submit your WorkCover or TAC claim. We maintain your Private Health Insurance membership information on file to facilitate any hospital referrals or other services that may require it.

Please present your valid concession card at reception to receive discounted pricing. Eligible concession cards include:

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur:

$50 fee for standard consultations (5-20 minutes)

$100 fee for long consultations (20–40 minutes)
New Patient and Telehealth Appointments: To secure your booking, new patients and telehealth patients are required to pay the cancellation fee in advance (online or over the phone). This fee will be deducted from your total consultation fee on the day of your appointment, and your Medicare rebate will be processed on your behalf after your consultation.
